The key to these Raw delicacies is the sauce, come learn how to make healthy bolenegese , pesto and even a cheesy, creamy eggy carbonara (that actually doesn’t contain any cheese, cream or eggs). Then put it together with fresh veg and some texture to make a scrumcious sausage and peppers pasta, or a tasty lasagna and even a pizza with bite.
So learn how to make these recipes from scratch or remember all these meals also come with our Raw Made Easy line, where we do the
the hard bites of the texture and sauces and you just add fresh veg and instantly become a Raw Food Chef.
Blossom Salad, with a balsamic vinaigrette or a creamy Italian, served with crunchy croutons that you will have to see to believe.

Pasta with 3 different sauces, a pesto with stuffed mushrooms, a bolenegese sauce with nut sausages and caramelized onions and peppers and my favorite a carbonara just like mom used to make … except this one healthy.
We’ll show you how to make and build a perfect lasagna but bring a camera because armed with a fork it won’t stay pretty for long.
